Overview
Photo Upload is optional. When you setup a property listing, a stock photo is automatically included. It is located at the top of the Listing Details page. The stock photo contains the text "Photo Coming Soon". It will remain in your listing for the duration of the listing unless you upload photos at a later time.
You can add from 1 to 8 photos. You must be a Registered Seller to upload photos. The Photo Upload utility is located on your My Account page.

File Formats
Photo Upload will ONLY accept the following JPEG file formats:
- .jpeg (Ex: photo.jpeg)
- .jpg (Ex: photo.jpg)
- .pjpeg (Ex: photo.pjpeg)

Photo Placement
1 Photo - If you upload only 1 photo, it will replace the stock photo on the Listing Detailsl page.
1-8 Photos - If you upload from 1-8 photos, the upload sequence is as follows:
- PHome For Sale Ad Detail - Photo 1 replaces stock photo
- More Photos - Photo 1 to Photo 8 displayed
More Photos - The More Photos page is created if you upload more than 1 photo. In addition, a new More Photos link will be added to the Listing Details page under the photo.

Photo Processing
Cropping - All photos uploaded will be reduced to 200 pixels (Width) by 150 pixels (Height).
Rectangular Shape - It is assumed that your photos were taken with a horizontal orientation, i.e. the length of the width is longer than the height.
CAUTION: If you upload a photo that was taken with a vertical orientation, the uploaded photo will be appear flipped 90 degrees on its side.
Avoiding Blur - To avoid blurred photos, make sure the photo you upload has dimensions at least 200 pixels (Width) by 150 pixels (Height) or larger. A photo with smaller dimensions will be blurred.

Delete
Deleting photos is not available. However, you can replace photos. Refer to the section below,

Instructions - 1st Upload
- You must be a Registered Seller to access the Photo Upload utility.
- Login to My Account. You can login to My Account via the Seller page.
- Click on the View Your Listings link to find the lisitng you want to add photos to.
- Once you find the Listing #, return to My Account and enter the number in the Enter Listing # box and click on the Submit button.
- On the Photo Upload page, select photos from your hard drive on your computer.
- ALWAYS begin uploading with Photo 1.
- You can upload from 1 to 8 photos.
- Once you have selected each photo to upload, click on the Upload button.
- To view the photos upload, return to My Account and click on View Your Listings. Next, click on the Listing # and review your photo upload.

Instructions - Replacing Photos
Any photos in your listing can be replaced. Replacing a photo is the same as uploading photos for the first time. The only difference is the 2nd and subsequent time you upload photos, the original photos will be replaced. This means that the photos that you have replaced cannot be retrieved from the Real Estate UD web site. They will be deleted.
It is important that you review your listing before you replace any photos. Note the position (1-8) of any photos you replacing.
