New Listings

 

  1. View an Sample Property Listing.
  2. Review Universal Design Features List.
  3. Registration - In order to setup a new listing, you must be a registered seller on Real Estate UD.
  4. Registration Information (Required) - It is important to note that you will be required to provide a phone number and email address on the Registration form. Your phone number and email address will be used by Real Estate UD for contact purposes only. They will not be published on the web site or on your ad. Refer to #10 below for information on how email addresses are used in the listing.
  5. After registering, you will be directed to the My Account page. Login using your username and password. Click on New Listing . This link will direct you to Step 1: Seller Agreement.
  6. Step 1: Seller Agreement - In order to proceed, you must agree to the Seller Agreement. If you agree to the Seller Agreement, click on the Agree button to continue with Step 2: General Information.
  7. Step 2: General Information - This form contains general information about your property and your contact information.
  8. Phone Number - Any phone number you provide on the General Information form will be displayed in your listing. If you do not want your phone number to be dsiplayed, leave the phone number box empty.
  9. Email Address - Your email address is required on the General Information form. A site visitor can contact you via your email by clicking on the Contact Seller Click Here link. This link directs the a site visitor to the Contact Seller form. Once the site visitor submits the form, you will receive an email containing information in the form. Use of a contact form prevents the display of your email address on the web site and eliminates any potential issues with email spam.
  10. Step 3: Universal Design Features - In this step, you will select the features that pertain to your property. Each feature selected will be displayed in your listing.
  11. Shopping Cart - After completing Step 3: Universal Design Features, you will proceed to the Shopping Cart where you must select the type of listing you want to purchase.
  12. Confirmation - Once your listing has been processed and your credit card charge has been approved, you will be presented a confirmation. Print this web page for your records.
  13. Photo Upload [Optional] - With each listing you setup on Real Estate UD, you have an opportunity to upload 1-8 photos. Photo Upload is optional. If you do not have any photos to upload, a generic photo will be provided by Real Estate UD. This photo will contain the text, Photo Coming Soon, and will remain on your listing for the duration of the listing unless you upload photos at a later time.
  14. Photo Upload - Photo Upload is available once you login to My Account. In order to upload your photos of your property, you will need to input the Listing #. Click on the Photo Upload Instructions link on the My Account page for more details on Photo Upload. You must be a registered seller on Real Estate UD to access Photo Upload.
  15. Photo Upload Instructions - It is recommended that you read the instructions before you upload your photos.
  16. Original Photo Size - The original photos you upload should have dimensions GREATER THAN or EQUAL TO a width of 200 pixels and a height of 150 pixels. A photo with smaller dimensions will appear blurred in your ad.
