Q: When I sell a home that I have advertised on Real Estate UD, will I have to pay Real Estate UD a commission?
A: No. The only fee that you will pay is the price for the listing. Real Estate UD does not get paid a commission for the sell of any homes advertised on the web site.
Q: When I sell a property that I have advertised on Real Estate UD, will I have to pay Real Estate UD a referral fee?
A: No. The only fee that you will pay is the price of the lisitng. Real Estate UD does not get paid a referral fee for the sell of any properties advertised on realestateud.com.
Q: Do I have to be the legal owner of a property in order to advertise the property on Real Estate UD?
A: No. You do not have to be the legal owner of the property to advertise it on Real Estate UD. However, if you do advertise a property on Real Estate UD that you do not legally own, you must have the legal authority to advertise it.
Q: I want to advertise a property on Real Estate UD but I do not have any photos. Can I advertise the property even though I have no photos?
A: Yes. Photos are not required to submit a listing on Real Estate UD. When a listing is submitted, Real Estate UD automatically provides a stock photo, commonly referred to as a placeholder, for each listing.
Q: I am a real estate agent and I would like to advertise my client's property on Real Estate UD. Are real estate agents allowed to advertise on Real Estate UD?
A: Yes. However, you must be legally authorized by the owner of the property to advertise.
Q: I am interested in advertising my property on Real Estate UD but I do not want the property listing to be sold as a lead to real other estate agents or third parties. Does Real Estate UD sell leads to real estate agents or third parties?
A: No. Real Estate UD does not sell property listings as leads to anyone.
