Property Listing Ads are used on www.realestateud.com to populate the Homes For Sale Search link. To advertise on our site, you will need to purchase a Property Listing Ad.

Property Listing Ad Fee - $19.95 for 6 months.

Payment - All major credit cards are accepted. Also, we accept payment using PayPal accounts.

SPECIAL NOTE: Payments for Property Listings will be processed by a sister site which is owned and operated by Real Estate UD, Inc. Once your listing is submitted, you will receive further detaisl on how to proceed with payment.

Photos

4 photos max per ad.

All photos are submitted via the email you use to send your ad information to us. Refer to Submit Your Ad Section below.

Photo Sizes:

200 pixels (Width) by 150 pixels (Height)
200 pixels (Width) by 200 pixels (Height)

We will only accept photos with one of the sizes listed above. If you send photos that are not one of these sizes, the photo or photos will not be included in your ad. There will be no exceptions.

Even if the photos you send do not meet the size requirements, we will continue processing your ad through payment process and listing activation, omitting any photos that are sized incorrectly.

If you need to resubmit a photo after your ad has been activated, you will be charged a Change Fee of $19.95. Refer to Changes To Your Ad below.

Bottomline, make sure your photos are sized correctly.

Submit Your Ad

All ads are submitted via email using this address:
Send only 1 email per ad that contaings your listing info AND 4 photos max of the property. No exceptions allowed.
CLICK HERE to see the Ad Template. Use this format to submit your ad.
Copy the AD TEMPLATE into your email and fill in as appropriate.
An Email Address OR a Phone Number is REQUIRED. Submissions that do not have either a phone number or email address will not be accepted.
Attached your property photos to your email. Only 4 photos will be accepted. If you send more than 4 photos, we reserve the right to select 4 based on our discretion. Bottomline, just send 4 photos.
Send the email.

NOTE: We will only accept ad submissions using this email address. There will be no exceptions.

Activate Your Ad

When we receive your email, we will send you an email with instruction to submit payment for your ad.
All major credit cards are accepted for payment, including PayPal. Refer to the Payment Section above.
Once we have received payment, we will active your ad on the site.
Your ad will be active on our site for 6 months.

Changes To Your Ad

Be sure that you are sending the correct information in your ad. Take time to review what you are submitting.

If you need to make any changes to your ad, you will be charged a Change Fee of $19.95. The process is the same as above: 1. Submit Your Ad, 2. Activate Your Ad.

Refund Policy

All Property Listing Ads are non-refundable once an ad is activated.

Special Note

Any information you submit with your ad is available to the internet viewing audience, including but not limited to robots, search engine crawlers, email spammers, etc. including your email address.

Terms - By submitting your Property Listing Ad, you agree to the following; as an advertiser of real estate on www.realestateud.com, you agree to comply with the U.S. Federal Fair Housing Act; Real Estate UD Inc. is not liable for any misrepresentation of real estate advertised on www.realestateud.com. Real Estate UD Inc. is not liable for and cannot control the use of your ad content accessed by, including but not limited to, site visitors and automated processes crawling our site. Real Estate UD Inc. is not liable for any unsoliciited requests received by our customers adverstising on our site, including spam email. Further, Real Estate UD Inc does not sell, trade, lease, or provide any customer information to third parties.
