Registration - Real Estate UD Inc. collects personal data as a part of Registration. Real Estate UD Inc. uses this data for contact purposes only. This data will not be shared with 3rd parties. Data collected during registration does not include any credit card information.
Phone Numbers - Sellers advertising real estate are not required to provide a contact phone number in their ad. The contact phone number is optional. Vendors advertising products and/or services are only required to provide a company phone number. The contact phone number is optional. If a contact phone number is submitted with an advertisement, the phone number will appear on the advertisement and will be available to the public.
Email Addresses - Email addresses are required when purchasing an advertisement on the Real Estate UD web site. However, the email will not be displayed on the ad. The email will be hidden through the use of a form. When a user is interested in contacting an advertiser, the user must fill out the contact form. Once the user clicks the Submit button on the form, an email will be sent to the advertiser. Real Estate UD Inc. is not responsible or liable for the email content an advertiser receives from a user. The email will be sent to the advertiser “AS IS ” absent of any validation of the content.
Data Collection - Data is collected on the web site for quality purposes. The types of data collected are email messages sent using forms on the web site and credit card transaction information which does not include credit card numbers.
Cookies - Cookies are used on www.realestateud.com to ensure data is accurately collected during registration and the purchase of advertisements.
Security - Security is implemented on the Real Estate UD web site to protect sensitive information submitted on our web site during customer registration and the purchase of advertising on our web site. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) and digital certificate technologies are used to encrypt sensitive data transmitted between your browser and our web site. When your data is encrypted, you will notice that the address of the web page begins with "https://" and there will be a lock at the bottom of your browser (Firefox users will note the lock in the address bar at the top of the browser).
