Q: Who can advertise a home for sale on Real Estate UD?
A: Anyone can advertise a home for sale on Real Estate UD as long as they have the legal authority to do so. You do not have to be Realtor or have a real estate license to advertise. You must however adhere to the U.S. Federal Fair Housing Act when advertising a home for sale.
Q: Do I need to register on Real Estate UD?
A: The only reason why you would need to register on Real Estate UD is if you are going to purchase an ad. If you are going to purchase an ad, you will find registration forms for both Sellers and Vendors depending on the type of ad you purchase.
Q: If I am advertising a home for sale and also advertising my company's products, do I have to register as a seller and as a vendor?
A: Yes. You must register as both a seller and a vendor.
Q: How do I contact a seller about a home for sale?
A: Refer to the Contact Information section of the Home For Sale ad. If the seller included a phone number in their ad, it will be displayed in this section of the ad. If a phone number is not available in the ad you can send an email to the seller by clicking on the link Email Contact Click Here. This link will direct you to a form. Fill out the form and click on Submit Request. The information you enter into the form will be emailed to the seller.

A: Refer to the Contact Information section of the MARKETPLACE ad. You have the option to contact the company by phone or by sending an email. To send an email, click on the link Email Contact Click Here. This link will direct you to a form. Fill out the form and click on Submit Request. The information you enter into the form will be emailed to the company contact.
