Founder
Jan Morgavan is the Founder and President of Real Estate UD, Inc.
The concept of Real Estate UD began as an idea that Jan had to bring together her experience in real estate and internet technologies. The end result is a business model developed for the internet with primary focus on universal design and accessibility in the real estate industry.
Jan is involved in many aspects of real estate including sale, finance, and home design. She is a Certified Aging In Place Specialist (a certification awarded by the National Association of Home Builders). As a Commercial Mortgage Broker, Jan provides her clients with the best financing available in the marketplace for both owner occupied and investment commercial properties.
